Kyle Bornheimer (born September 10, 1975) is an American actor and comedian. He is known for his roles on the sitcomsWorst Week,Brooklyn Nine-Nine,Casual, andPlaying House.
Bornheimer attended St. Monica Grade School andMarian High School, graduating in 1994.[citation needed] Bornheimer is a founding member of The Curtainbox Theatre Company.[3]
With a string of national commercials, Bornheimer established an "always on TV" reputation with 30-second spots for such national accounts asGeico,Staples,Coors Light,Imodium,Stanley andT-Mobile.[4]
He landed the lead of Sam Briggs on the sitcomWorst Week. He starred withAlyssa Milano on the TV sitcomRomantically Challenged. The series premiered onABC on April 19, 2010, but ABC officially canceled the series on May 16, 2010.
InBreaking Bad, he played Ken, an obnoxious stockbroker who gets his car blown up byWalter White in theSeason 1 episode "Cancer Man", and later reprised his role as the character in the prequelBetter Call Saul, as the victim of a prank pulled byJimmy McGill andKim Wexler in theSeason 2 episode "Switch".[5] Bornheimer has also been featured in episodes ofBetter Off Ted,The Office,Brooklyn Nine-Nine, andParty Down. In 2011, Bornheimer starred in theNBC sitcomPerfect Couples oppositeOlivia Munn,David Walton, andHayes MacArthur and in theABC sitcomFamily Tools withJ.K. Simmons andLeah Remini.
In 2016, Bornheimer appeared on the CBS sitcomAngel from Hell. His feature film credits includeShe's Out of My League,You Again, andBachelorette. He also made two appearances inJudd Apatow's Netflix seriesLove.[6]
