Kuropatkino (Russian:Куропаткино) orKakavadzor (Armenian:Կաքավաձոր,Russian:Какавадзор) is a village located in theKhojavend District ofAzerbaijan, in the region ofNagorno-Karabakh. The village had an Azerbaijani majority prior to their exodus during theFirst Nagorno-Karabakh War.[2]
During theSoviet period, the village was a part of theMartuni District of theNagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast.
The village is part of the community ofMartuni.[3]
The village had an ethnicArmenian population of 30 inhabitants in 2005.[1]
