Kulim-Bandar Baharu is a federal constituency inKulim District andBandar Baharu District,Kedah,Malaysia, that has been represented in theDewan Rakyat since 1959.

The federal constituency was created in the 1958 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Dewan Rakyat under the first past the post voting system. This is the only constituency which was named after two towns namely Kulim and Bandar Baharu and is still used today.

As of 2020, Kulim-Bandar Baharu has a population of 120,210 people.^[5]

According to the federal gazette issued on 13 July 2023, the Kulim-Bandar Baharu constituency is divided into 41 polling districts.^[6]
