Kota Melaka is a federal constituency inMelaka Tengah District,Malacca,Malaysia, that has been represented in theDewan Rakyat since 1974.
The federal constituency was created in the 1974 redistribution and is mandated to return a single member to the Dewan Rakyat under the first past the post voting system.
As of 2020, Kota Melaka has a population of 215,409 people.[5]
According to the gazette issued on 31 October 2022, the Kota Melaka constituency has a total of 46 polling districts.[6]
