Korea JoongAng Daily (Korean코리아중앙데일리) is the English edition of theSouth Korean national daily newspaperJoongAng Ilbo.[2] The newspaper was first published on October 17, 2000,[3] asJoongAng Ilbo English Edition.[4] It mainly carries news and feature stories by staff reporters, and some stories translated from theKorean language newspaper.

Korea JoongAng Daily is one of the three main English newspapers in South Korea along withThe Korea Times andThe Korea Herald.[5] The newspaper is published with a daily edition ofThe New York Times and it is located within the main offices of theJoongAng Ilbo inSangam-dong,Mapo-gu,Seoul.
