Kisnapali was aHittite general during the reign ofTudhaliya I in the early 14th century BC. TheHittite text known as theIndictment of Madduwatta reports that he supported the Hittite vassalMadduwatta against theAhhiyan warlordAttarsiya, but was later betrayed by Madduwatta and died in battle nearDalawa.[1][2][3]
