Kirstie Klingenberg (néeJames, born 25 May 1989) is a New Zealandtrack cyclist and former rower.[1] She competed at the2020 Summer Olympics, inWomen's sprint, andWomen's team pursuit.[2]
She was a competitor in thewomen's team pursuit event at the2017 UCI Track Cycling World Championships, where she won a bronze medal. Kirstie competed at the2018 Commonwealth Games where she won silver in theteam pursuit.[3]
Klingenberg started in rowing but switched to cycling in 2012.[4] She was diagnosed withendometriosis in 2016, and is an ambassador for Endometriosis New Zealand.[5]
