Kingsburgh (Gaelic:Cinnseaborgh[1]) is a scattered crofting township, overlookingLoch Snizort Beag on theTrotternish peninsula of theIsle of Skye in theHighlands of Scotland. It is in the council area ofHighland. Kingsburgh is located5+12 miles (9 kilometres) south ofUig.

Kingsburgh is famous as the place thatFlora MacDonald lived after helpingBonnie Prince Charlie escape toFrance after his defeat atCulloden.[2]
