Kiana Tom is an American formertelevision host known for hostingKiana's Flex Appeal onESPN.[2]
In 1994 Tom publishedKiana's Body Sculpting throughMacmillan Publishers; the following year she began hosting her own fitness series on ESPN,Kiana's Flex Appeal.[3][4] In 1995 Tom made her acting debut in a cameo role in the straight-to-videoCyber Bandits, followed by a role in the 1999 filmUniversal Soldier: The Return.[5] She also appeared in a cameo appearance with Eminem in the music video for "Without Me."[6]
Tom has posed nude for the May 2002 edition ofPlayboy magazine.[7] According to one interview, she was such a perfectionist that she had to wait until the right time in her career where she felt her body was in the best shape it had ever been.[8]
