Khamkeut is adistrict (muang) ofBolikhamsai province in centralLaos.[1]
Khamkeut district was extensively bombed during theVietnam War in the 1960s and 1970s.[2] As of 2018, Khamkeut District continued to experience deaths from previously unexploded ordnance.[2]
