Kelnase is a village inViimsi Parish,Harju County in northernEstonia.[1] Its one of the three villages located on the island ofPrangli, the others beingIdaotsa andLääneotsa. Kelnase is the location of the main harbour on the island.
Administratively the island ofKeri, located about 6 km north, known for itslighthouse also belongs to Kelnase village.
