Keith Ross Lowen (born 14 July 1974) is a former New Zealandrugby union player. Asecond five-eighth, Lowen representedWaikato at a provincial level for most of his career, and was a member of the New Zealand national side, theAll Blacks, in 2002. He played one international for the All Blacks againstEngland. Lowen scored a hat-trick for theChiefs against theBlues in aSuper 12 match in 2001.[2]
