Keith Sea Harris[2] (bornc. 1961[3]) is an American politician currently serving as aDemocratic member of thePennsylvania House of Representatives representing the195th district since 2024.

Harris earned his teaching certificate fromPhiladelphia Community College in 1982.[4] He worked with the Philadelphia Anti-Graffiti Network starting in 1984. Harris was also the 28th Ward leader forPhiladelphia Democratic Party and the sergeant of arms for thePhiladelphia City Council.[1] Harris was chosen by the Philadelphia Democratic Party in 2024 to fill the seat vacated by the resignation ofDonna Bullock. He won the September 17 special election unopposed.[5]
