Kazandibi

Kazandibi orkazan dibi (Turkish:Kazandibi, lit. 'bottom ofkazan orcauldron') is aTurkish dessert[1] and a type of caramelized milkpudding. It was developed in the kitchens of the Ottoman Palace and is one of the most popular Turkish desserts today.[2]

It is traditionally made by burning the bottom oftavuk göğsü.[2][3][4] A variant ofkazandibi usesmuhallebi instead.

The traditional ingredients include chicken, which was used as a thickener.[5][6]
