Katherin Nuevo Segura (born 24 October 2002) is a Cubansprint canoeist.
She qualified at the 2020 Summer Olympics, in theC-1 200 meters, andC-2 500 meters.[1]
She competed at the2019 ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships.[2][3] and at the 2021Canoe Sprint World Cup.[4][5][6] At the 2021ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships, Nuevo and her partner Yarisleidis Cirilo won gold medals in the women’s C-2 200m event.[7]
In 2022, Nuevo competed at theICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Halifax, Canada, where she and her partner, Yarisleidis Cirilo, qualified for theC2-500 A final after winning their heat,[8] but ultimately came last in the final.
