Kate Harbour is an English voice actress who is best known for providing many voices for thetelevision seriesBob the Builder, including Wendy, Dizzy, Mrs. Potts, Mrs. Broadbent, Mrs. Percival, and Pilchard, as well as Timmy's mother inShaun the Sheep.[1]
She is the daughter of actorMichael N. Harbour, whose appearances includedHeartbeat,Casualty,Doctors,Dixon of Dock Green andMidsomer Murders.
She also provided the voice of Lyca inLavender Castle, as well as Anita Knight and Doctor Doctor inThe Secret Show. Her other roles includeOakie Doke,Shaun the Sheep,Fimbles,Boo!
