Kate Harbour is an English voice actress who is best known for providing many voices for thetelevision seriesBob the Builder, including Wendy, Dizzy, Mrs. Potts, Mrs. Broadbent, Mrs. Percival, and Pilchard, as well as Timmy's mother inShaun the Sheep.[1]
She is the daughter of actorMichael N. Harbour, whose appearances includedHeartbeat,Casualty,Doctors,Dixon of Dock Green andMidsomer Murders.
