Karl-Heinz Paqué (born 4 October 1956) is a German economist[1] and politician of theliberalFree Democratic Party (FDP) who has been serving as head of theFriedrich Naumann Foundation since 2018.[2] He wasMinister of Finance in the state ofSaxony-Anhalt from 2002 to 2006.
Paqué was born in the West German city ofSaarbrücken and studiedeconomics and received hisPhD in 1980.[3]
Paqué entered the FDP in 1999 and was State Minister of Finance in the government of Minister-PresidentWolfgang Böhmer of Saxony-Anhalt from 2002 to 2006.[4]
