Kabuni is a traditionalAlbaniandessert.[1][2] It is made ofrice fried inbutter, mutton broth (ram's neck only),raisins (rinsed first in warm water), and some salt. It is then boiled beforesugar,cinnamon, and groundcloves are added. It is served cold.
