Kaavvijjuaq (Inuktitut syllabics:ᑳᕝᕕᔾᔪᐊᖅ[1]) formerlyLee Island[2] is an uninhabited island located in theQikiqtaaluk Region, Nunavut, Canada. It is aBaffin Island offshore island inHudson Strait, and a member of theSheer Islands, along withQaqqannalik,Lavoie Island, andWishart Island. The closest community isKimmirut, 25.4 km (15.8 mi) away.[3]
