KXGR (89.7MHz, "GRACEfm") is anon-profitFMradio station broadcasting aChristian radioformat.Licensed toLoveland, Colorado, United States, it servesNorthern Colorado includingFort Collins-Greeley and theDenver-Boulder metropolitan area. Programming issimulcast on 101.7KXCL inRock Creek Park, Colorado, which servesColorado Springs, and on 75-watttranslator station 101.7K299AO inSterling, Colorado. The stations are owned byCalvary Church with Ed Taylor.
KXGR and KXCL air a mix ofChristian contemporary music and programs on Christian teaching from national and local religious leaders.
On March 11, 2004, the station received aconstruction permit to begin work from theFederal Communications Commission. It had thecall signKXWA and was owned by theWAY-FM Media Group.[2] Way-FM is a chain of Contemporary Christian music stations. The stationsigned on the following year.
In December 2010, the station was transferred toCalvary Church with Ed Taylor (formerly "Calvary Chapel Aurora") to start a different religious radio network. The call letters changed toKXGR.
