This is alist of stations owned by Innovate Corp. either under theHC2 Broadcasting,HC2 Holdings orDTV Americaholding company names. Innovate owns and operates 251 television stations, 248 of which arelow-power facilities (with 39 asClass A licenses) and three of which operate as full-service facilities. These stations span across 112designated market areas in the United States ranging from as large asNew York, New York, to as small asQuincy, Illinois, andTraverse City, Michigan.^[1][2]

These stations have no local operations and rely almost entirely upon outsourced programming from third parties or the 24-hour feeds ofdigital multicast television networks for content.Station identification is inserted from Innovate'scentral hub midstream during programming, without regard to each network'slocal insertion opportunity . There is no customization among stations in the station IDs, all of them being a ten-secondPowerPoint slide with call letters, channel number andcity of license in italicizedCalibri, and a defaultclock wipe in the middle of the sequence using the sameproduction music cut. Sometimes, station IDs have displayed incorrect or out-of-date cities of license, or even the wrong identification for another station on the other side of the United States.^{[citation needed]}

Innovate's companies sometimes operate on licenses for stations hundred of miles away, and "jump" their city of license multiple times until they land in the rightmetropolitan area; in one case, a station licensed toSpringfield, Illinois, instead servesSt. Louis, and is low power, not even having rimshot coverage of a part of the Springfield market.

One of their networks,Azteca América, was owned by Innovate Corp. until ending operations on December 31, 2022. Former affiliates of Azteca América, many of which have not announced replacement programming, are listed as<Was AA>.
