Köylü pastası ("peasant's cake") is akurabiye orcake fromTurkish cuisine. Köylü pastası is made with egg, flour,yogurt, and butter.[1]

Other common desserts of this style are Van pastası,[2] Kars pastası,[3] Kaşık pastası,[4] Erzurum pastası.[5]
