TheRegion of Köslin was aRegierungsbezirk in the PrussianProvince of Pomerania that existed from 1816 to 1945.[1]The seat of government was located in the town ofKöslin (Koszalin).[2]
SinceWorld War II the area has been part ofPoland, since 1999 divided between theWest Pomeranian Voivodeship and thePomeranian Voivodeship.[3]
