Juno Humanitarian Award

TheHumanitarian Award (formerly theAllan Waters Humanitarian Award) is awarded by theCanadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS) toCanadian musicians who have made significanthumanitarian efforts.[1] Since 2006, it is given annually everyJuno Awards ceremony.

Waters, whose name was attached to the award until 2017, was one of the founders ofCHUM Limited.[2] His name was removed from the award title effective with the2018 Juno Awards.[3]
