Junlian County (simplified Chinese:筠连县;traditional Chinese:筠連縣;pinyin:Jūnlián Xiàn) is a county ofSichuan Province, China. It is under the administration ofYibin city. At the end of 2019 it has a population of 450,176 of which 151,322 in the urban area.[3] It is one of the most important coal mining areas of Sichuan.[4]

The Junlian odorous frog,Odorrana junlianensis, is a species of frog that wasdescribed as a new species based on specimens from Junlian.[9]
