Growing up in Minnesota, Hart was acompetitive cheerleader for a period of six years.[2][3] However, by the time she had graduated from High School, she had become bored and frustrated with it.[4] Feeling that she had already accomplished everything she could within the world of cheerleading, Hart sought to transition to professional wrestling, believing that it could offer her a long-term career.[3]
Hart first began training at the Academy SOPW withKen Anderson in Minnesota.[citation needed] On November 22, 2019, Hart had her debut match against Alyna Kyle, which Hart won.[5] Hart sought additional training at the Nightmare Factory in Georgia,[3] and on March 28, 2021, at their second showcase, Hart took part in a tag match teaming with Spencer Kitz to take on Hyena Hera and Karma Dean; the two lost the match.[6]
Starting in May 2021, Hart began to work withAll Elite Wrestling (AEW), appearing onAEW Dark andAEW Dynamite.[7][8] Recruited exceptionally early into her professional wrestling career, Hart's first ever match for AEW was only the ninth ever in her career.[9]
Hart aligned with the team of the Varsity Blondes (Brian Pillman Jr. andGriff Garrison) as a cheerleader for several months and was at ringside with them for each of their matches during that time.[10] On the May 25 episode ofDark, Hart earned her first AEW win by pinningTesha Price.[11] On the September 4 episode ofDark, Hart injured her leg, making her unable to compete in theCasino Battle Royale atAll Out.[12] Hart returned to the ring on the September 28 edition ofDark (originally taped on September 11), where she faced Reka Tehaka and beat her bypinfall.[13]
AtWrestleDream on October 1, 2023, Hart challengedKris Statlander for the AEW TBS Championship, which Hart lost, ending her 25-match winning streak.[18] Hart then earned another title shot atFull Gear, defeating Statlander andSkye Blue in athree-way match by pinning Blue, marking the first title win in her career[19] and becoming the youngest champion in AEW history at the age of 22.[20] On the December 16, 2023, edition ofCollision, Hart aligned herself with Blue as the duo attackedAbadon, who Hart was feuding with.[21] AtWorlds End, Hart retained her title against Abadon with help from Blue.[22]
In January 2024, Hart defended her title againstAnna Jay atBattle of the Belts IX.[23] AtDynasty, she lost the title toWillow Nightingale, ending her reign at 155 days.[24] In May, it was reported Hart would go on a hiatus due to a shoulder injury that required surgery.[25][26] On the November 9 episode ofCollision, avignette aired showing the return of Hart.[27] On the following episode ofDynamite, another vignette aired duringJamie Hayter's promo.[28] On December 14 on theCollision edition ofWinter Is Coming, Hart made her on-screen return and attacked Hayter.[29]
On January 1, 2025, atFight for the Fallen, Hart made her in-ring return and defeated Hayter.[30] On the January 22 episode ofDynamite, a vignette aired of King, Matthews and Hart stating the break up of the House of Black.[31] On the January 25 episode ofCollision, the group was renamed to the Hounds of Hell.[32] On April 6 atDynasty, Hart was defeated byMercedes Moné in the quarterfinal of the women's bracket of the 2025Owen Hart Cup.[33] On the May 21 episode ofDynamite, Hart and Skye Blue reunited and reformed their alliance.[34] On July 12 atAll In, Hart participated in the women'sCasino Gauntlet match, but failed to win.[35]
On the July 15 episode ofDynamite, Hart and Blue addedThekla to their alliance after the duo helped her win a $100Kfour-way match.[36] The trio would go by the name of "Triangle of Madness".[37] Hart and Blue would later adopt the tag team name "Sisters of Sin".[38] On November 12 atBlood & Guts, Triangle of Madness competed in the first ever women'sBlood and Guts match, where their team was victorious.[39]
When Hart began her career in All Elite Wrestling, her character was a straightforward play on her legitimate background in cheerleading.[40] She was initially paired with Brian Pillman Jr and Griff Garrison as the "Varsity Blondes", a group of Varsity athlete characters. After joining the House of Black, Hart took on a gothic witch-like character, which has been described as "Stevie Nicks meetsThe Undertaker".[40] Hart has also citedUma Thurman's performance inKill Bill, as well as the film'ssoundtrack, as influences on her work.[41]
Hart married fellow professional wrestlerLee Johnson on October 13, 2023.[42] She has citedAJ Lee andAlexa Bliss among her favorite wrestlers growing up.[43]
