Juan Herrera Gil (born 1952)[1] is a retiredtennis player from Spain.
As a junior, he won theFrench Open Boys' Singles title in1970. In the final, he defeatedJacques Thamin in three sets.
As a professional, his best result came in 1971 at theConcurso Internacional de Puerta de Hierro inMadrid, where he won two matches before losing toIon Țiriac 7–9 4–6 in the third round. TheRomanian, a former world No. 8, would go on to win the title.
