Joseph Franklin Goss (November 13, 1914 – August 5, 2005) was an Americanspecial effects artist. He won aPrimetime Emmy Award in the categoryOutstanding Individual Achievement in Creative Technical Crafts for his work on the television programBattlestar Galactica. His win was shared withJohn Dykstra andRichard Edlund.[1][2]

Goss died on August 5, 2005 inNorth Hollywood, California,[3] at the age of 90.[4]
