Jonne Halttunen (born 13 December 1985) is a Finnishrallyco-driver. Currently, he is the co-driver ofKalle Rovanperä, driving theToyota GR Yaris Rally1. Previously, they representedŠkoda Motorsport to participate in theWorld Rally Championship-2 Pro category.[1]
Halttunen made his debut at2011 Rally Finland.[1] In2017, he started to cooperate with the young FinnKalle Rovanperä in theWRC-2 class.[2] They won the class victory as well as scored their first career points just in their second rally inAustralia.[3] They won their second and third category victory at2018 Wales Rally GB and2018 Rally Catalunya respectively.[4][5]
In2019, they were promoted to the newly createdWorld Rally Championship-2 Pro category.[6] Having won inChile andPortugal, the crew led the championship by three points.[7][8]
Halttunen won the co-driver's championship in2022[9] and in2023.[10]
