Jonathan Brown (1893 – 6 November 1918) was an English professionalfootballer who made one appearance as aleft half in theFootball League forBurnley in 1914.[1]
Brown served as alance corporal in theEast Lancashire Regiment during theFirst World War and waswounded during the course of his service.[3][4] He was killed inFrance on 6 November 1918, just five days before theArmistice.[3] Brown was buried inMaubeuge-Centre Cemetery.[2]
