John Louis DiGaetani (born 1943)[1] is aProfessor of English atHofstra University inHempstead, New York.[2]
He received hisBA from theUniversity of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, hisMA fromNorthern Illinois University, and hisPh.D. from theUniversity of Wisconsin–Madison. DiGaetani's published works include studies on modernBritish literature, modernAmerican literature,opera, and the connections between literature and music. He is also director of Hofstra's London Program.
