Joe Kasper is an Americanfootball coach who currently serves as the defensive backs coach and defensive pass game coordinator for thePhiladelphia Eagles of theNational Football League (NFL).[1]
In 2017, Kasper coached atJohn Carroll University.[2] Kasper originally joined thePhiladelphia Eagles as a defensive quality control coach during the 2021 offseason after spending the previous three years (2018–20) atDuke University.[3][4][5] After the Eagles' loss inSuper Bowl LVII, the Dolphins hired Kasper as their new safeties coach, replacingSteve Gregory who was let go at the end of the season.[6][1]
On February 2, 2024, Kasper came to terms with the Eagles to return as their safeties coach.[7] Kasper was part of the coaching staff that wonSuper Bowl LIX over theKansas City Chiefs.[8]
On January 26, 2026, following the departure ofChristian Parker, Kasper was promoted to serve as Philadelphia's defensive backs coach and defensive pass-game coordinator.[9]
