Kyle Richard Amendt (born April 5, 2000) is an Americanprofessional baseballpitcher in theArizona Diamondbacks organization.

Amendt playedcollege baseball at theSoutheastern Community College andDallas Baptist University. He was selected by theArizona Diamondbacks in the ninth round of the2023 Major League Baseball draft.[1]

Amendt signed with the Diamondback and spent his first season with theArizona Complex League Diamondbacks andVisalia Rawhide. He started 2024 with theHillsboro Hops before being promoted to theAmarillo Sod Poodles.

Demetrio Miguel Crisantes (born September 5, 2004) is an Americanprofessional baseballsecond baseman in theArizona Diamondbacks organization.

Crisantes attendedNogales High School inNogales, Arizona.[2] He was selected by theArizona Diamondbacks in the seventh round of the2022 Major League Baseball draft.[3][4]

Crisantes signed with the Diamondbacks and made his professional debut in 2023 with theArizona Complex League Diamondbacks.[5] He started 2024 with the ACL Diamondbacks before being promoted to theVisalia Rawhide.[6]

John Samuel "JD" Dix (born October 12, 2005) is an Americanprofessional baseballshortstop in theArizona Diamondbacks organization.

Dix grew up inWhitefish Bay, Wisconsin and attendedWhitefish Bay High School. As a freshman, he batted .449 with 24 RBIs and 21 stolen bases.[7] Dix committed to play college baseball at Alabama after the season.[8] He batted .452 as a junior.[9] Dix was selected to play in the MLB All-American Game during the following summer.[10] He also de-committed from Alabama and flipped his commitment to Wake Forest.[11]

Dix was selected with the 35th selection of the2024 MLB draft by theArizona Diamondbacks.[12] He signed with the Diamondbacks on July 23, 2024, and received an under-slot signing bonus of $2,150,000.[13]

Joe Leandro Elbis is a Venezuelanprofessional baseballpitcher for theArizona Diamondbacks ofMajor League Baseball (MLB).

On July 12, 2019, Elbis signed with theArizona Diamondbacks as an international free agent.[14] He did not play in a game in 2020 due to the cancellation of the minor league season because of theCOVID-19 pandemic.[15] Elbis made his professional debut in 2021. In 12 games (10 starts) split between the rookie–levelArizona Complex League Diamondbacks and Single–AVisalia Rawhide, he compiled a 3–3 record and 3.52 ERA with 59 strikeouts across53+23 innings pitched.[16]

Elbis returned to Visalia in 2022, but made only 3 starts before being shut down with shoulder inflammation.[17] He split the 2023 campaign between Visalia and the Single–AHillsboro Hops. In 24 starts for the two affiliates, Elbis registered a 4–9 record and 3.75 ERA with 97 strikeouts over115+13 innings pitched.[18]

In 2024, Elbis made 24 starts split between the High–AHillsboro Hops and Double–AAmarillo Sod Poodles, compiling a 7–6 record and 3.39 ERA with 112 strikeouts across135+13 innings pitched. Following the season, the Diamondbacks added Elbis to their40-man roster to protect him from theRule 5 draft.[19]

Elbis was optioned to Double-A Amarillo to begin the 2025 season.[20]

Tristin Hall English (born May 14, 1997) is an Americanprofessional baseballfirst baseman in theArizona Diamondbacks organization.

English attendedPike County High School inWilliamson, Georgia. As a senior in 2015, he batted .632 with seven home runs and 45 RBIs.[21] He was selected by theCleveland Indians in the 39th round of the2015 Major League Baseball draft, but did not sign and instead enrolled atGeorgia Tech.[22]

After hitting .315 with five home runs and 44 RBIs as a freshman at Georgia Tech in 2016, he missed the 2017 season after undergoingTommy John surgery.[23] In 2018, he playedcollegiate summer baseball for theChatham Anglers of theCape Cod Baseball League and was named a league all-star.[24][25] In 2019, he hit .346 with 18 home runs and 71 RBIs over 58 games.[26]

English was selected by theArizona Diamondbacks in the third round of the2019 Major League Baseball draft.[27] He signed and made his professional debut with theHillsboro Hops, hitting .290 with seven home runs and thirty RBIs over fifty games.[28] He returned to Hillsboro for the 2021 season, batting .242 with ten home runs and 48 RBIs over 83 games. English split the 2022 season between Hillsboro and theAmarillo Sod Poodles and hit a combined .269 with 12 home runs and 49 RBIs over 104 games.[29] He returned to Amarillo to open the 2023 season and was promoted to theReno Aces in early May.[30][31] Over 102 games between both teams, he batted .300 with 23 home runs and 93 RBIs.[32] English was assigned to Reno to open the 2024 season.[33]

English and his fiancé, Rachel, had their first child, a daughter, in 2022.[34]

Spencer William Giesting (born July 2, 2001) is an Americanprofessional baseballpitcher in theArizona Diamondbacks organization.

Giesting attendedFather Stephen T. Badin High School inHamilton, Ohio, and playedcollege baseball at theUniversity of Charlotte. During the summer of 2021, he played in theCape Cod Baseball League with theHarwich Mariners.[35] As a sophomore in 2022, he appeared in twenty games (six starts) and went 7-4 with a 3.75 ERA over74+13 innings. After the season, Giesting was selected by theArizona Diamondbacks in the 11th round of the2022 Major League Baseball draft.[36][37] Giesting signed with Arizona for $400,000.[38]

Giesting made his professional debut that season with theArizona Complex League Diamondbacks before playing with theVisalia Rawhide, pitching a total of15+13 innings between both teams. He played the 2023 season with theHillsboro Hops, starting 24 games and going 7-4 with a 4.00 ERA and 124 strikeouts over 117 innings. Giesting opened the 2024 season with Hillsboro and was promoted to theAmarillo Sod Poodles in mid-June.[39][40] He was named the Diamondbacks Minor League Pitcher of the Month in September.[41] Over 25 starts between both teams, he posted a 9-10 record and 3.31 ERA with 154 strikeouts in141+13 innings.

Jack Bratton Hurley (born March 13, 2002) is an Americanprofessional baseballoutfielder in theArizona Diamondbacks organization.

Hurley attendedState College Area High School inState College, Pennsylvania and played college baseball atVirginia Tech.[42] In 2022, he playedcollegiate summer baseball with theBourne Braves of theCape Cod Baseball League.[43] After three years at Virginia Tech, he was drafted by theArizona Diamondbacks in the third round of the2023 Major League Baseball draft.[44]

Hurley signed with the Diamondbacks and spent his first professional season with theArizona Complex League Diamondbacks,Visalia Rawhide andHillsboro Hops.[45]

Yu-Min Lin (Chinese:林昱珉; born July 12, 2003) is a Taiwaneseprofessional baseballpitcher in theArizona Diamondbacks organization.

Lin began playing baseball at age four. He has played on theTaiwanese national team (Chinese Taipei) in multiple international tournaments, including theWorld Baseball Softball ConfederationU-12 Baseball World Cup,U-15 Baseball World Cup,U-18 Baseball World Cup, andU-23 Baseball World Cup.[46] He started two games for Taiwan'ssilver-medal run during the2022 Asian Games, pitching to a 1–1 record with a 1.64 ERA and eleven strikeouts to three walks in eleven innings.[47]

Lin was signed by theArizona Diamondbacks on February 16, 2022.[48] He made his professional debut with theRookie-levelArizona Complex League Diamondbacks and was promoted to theLow-AVisalia Rawhide and finished the season with a 2–2 record and a 2.72 ERA with 91 strikeouts over 14 starts.[49] Lin began the 2023 season with the High-AHillsboro Hops, and was the youngest player on the Hops roster.[50] Prior to the 2024 season, Lin was invited to spring training for the first time in his career.[51] Lin joined theGlendale Desert Dogs of theArizona Fall League at the end of the regular season.[52]

As of the 2023 season, Lin throws a soft slider, a mid- to upper 80s fastball with arm side precision, and a changeup.[53]

Dylan Jabe Ray (born May 9, 2001) is an Americanprofessional baseballpitcher in theArizona Diamondbacks organization.

Ray attendedBob Jones High School inMadison, Alabama and playedcollege baseball at theUniversity of Alabama.[54][55] He missed the 2021 season recovering fromTommy John Surgery and returned in 2022 as the team'scloser.[56] In 2022, he playedcollegiate summer baseball with theYarmouth–Dennis Red Sox of theCape Cod Baseball League.[57]

Ray was drafted by theArizona Diamondbacks in the fourth round of the2022 Major League Baseball draft.[58] He spent his first season with theArizona Complex League Diamondbacks andVisalia Rawhide. He started 2023 with theHillsboro Hops before being promoted to theAmarillo Sod Poodles.[59]

Kristian Devaughn Robinson (born December 11, 2000) is aBahamianprofessional baseballoutfielder in theArizona Diamondbacks organization.

Robinson signed with theArizona Diamondbacks as an international free agent in July 2017.[60] He spent his first professional season in 2018 with theArizona League Diamondbacks andMissoula Osprey,[61][62] slashing .279/.363/.428 with seven home runs, 27 RBIs, and 12 stolen bases in 57 games.[62] He started 2019 with theHillsboro Hops[63][64] before earning a promotion to theKane County Cougars in August. Over 69 games between both teams, he batted .282 with 14 home runs, 51 RBIs, and 17 stolen bases. Robinson did not play in a game in 2020 due to the cancellation of the minor league season because of theCOVID-19 pandemic.[65]

Robinson was arrested early in 2020 for allegedly punching anArizona Department of Public Safety officer in the face after the officer found Robinson walking into traffic onInterstate 10. Robinson released a statement indicating he was suffering frommental health issues due in part to the pandemic. The start to his 2021 season was delayed because he remained in the Bahamas to deal with the resulting legal issues.[66] On August 17, 2021, Robinson was sentenced to 18 months probation.[67] Robinson did not play in a game for the Diamondbacks organization in 2021, but was selected to the 40-man roster following the season on November 19, 2021.[68]

After spending the 2021 and 2022 seasons on the restricted list, Robinson was activated on May 29, 2023, and optioned to the Single-AVisalia Rawhide.[69] In 43 games split between the rookie–levelArizona Complex League Diamondbacks, Visalia, and High–A Hillsboro, he batted a cumulative .271/.384/.452 with 7 home runs, 24 RBI, and 18 stolen bases. On August 12, Robinson wasdesignated for assignment by the Diamondbacks following the promotion ofBuddy Kennedy.[70] He cleared waivers and was assigned outright to the ACL Diamondbacks on August 17.[71]

Mitchell Anthony Stumpo (born June 17, 1996) is an Americanprofessional baseballpitcher in theArizona Diamondbacks organization.

Stumpo attendedRavenscroft School inRaleigh, North Carolina, and playedcollege baseball atGuilford College inGreensboro, North Carolina, where he began pitching his sophomore year. As a senior in 2019, he went 4–3 with a 4.89 ERA over seventy innings.[72] He went unselected in the2019 Major League Baseball draft and signed with theArizona Diamondbacks as an undrafted free agent.[73][74]

Stumpo made his professional debut with theRookie-levelArizona League Diamondbacks and was later promoted to theMissoula Osprey of theRookie AdvancedPioneer League.[75] Over 18 relief innings pitched, he went 1–1 with a 3.50 ERA and 24 strikeouts. He did not play a minor league game in 2020 due to the cancellation of the minor league season caused by theCOVID-19 pandemic.[76] He began the 2021 season with theVisalia Rawhide of theLow-A West and earned promotions to theHillsboro Hops of theHigh-A West, theAmarillo Sod Poodles of theDouble-A Central, and theReno Aces of theTriple-A West during the season.[77] Over51+13 innings pitched in relief between the four teams, Stumpo went 1–1 with a 2.63 ERA and 66 strikeouts.[78] He was selected to play in theArizona Fall League for theSalt River Rafters after the season.[79] He returned to Reno for the 2022 season.[80] Over 45 relief appearances, he went 1–2 with a 3.53 ERA, 51 strikeouts, and 31 walks over43+13 innings.[81] To open the 2023 season, Stumpo was assigned to Reno.[82] He also played for Amarillo. Over 42 relief appearances between the two teams, Stumpo went 1–6 with a 9.20 ERA, 46 walks, and 58 strikeouts over 44 innings.[81]

Timothy John Tawa is an Americanprofessional baseballsecond baseman for theArizona Diamondbacks ofMajor League Baseball (MLB).

Tawa was drafted by theArizona Diamondbacks in the 11th round, with the 318th overall selection, of the2021 Major League Baseball draft.[83] He split his first professional season between the rookie–levelArizona Complex League Diamondbacks and Single–AVisalia Rawhide, hitting .269 with six home runs, 22 RBI, and 14 stolen bases across 38 total games.[84]

Tawa spent the 2022 season with the High–AHillsboro Hops and Double–AAmarillo Sod Poodles, accumulating a .239/.331/.369 batting line with 13 home runs, 53 RBI, and 11 stolen bases over 118 appearances.[85] He returned to Amarillo in 2023, playing in 116 games and hitting .256/.338/.461 with 22 home runs, 75 RBI, and 11 stolen bases.[86]

Tawa split the 2024 campaign between Double–A Amarillo and the Triple–AReno Aces, slashing .279/.349/.519 with 31 home runs, 90 RBI, and 14 stolen bases.[87] On November 19, 2024, the Diamondbacks added Tawa to their40-man roster to protect him from theRule 5 draft.[88]

Tawa was optioned to Triple-A Reno to begin the 2025 season.[89]
