Joseph Backaert (5 August 1921 – 12 June 1997) was a Belgianfootballmidfielder who was a member of theBelgium national team at the1954 FIFA World Cup.[1] However, he never earned acap for Belgium. He also played for R. Olympic Charleroi C.C.
