Jelena Brooks[1] (née Milovanović;Serbian Cyrillic:Јелена Брукс,née Миловановић; born 28 April 1989) is a Serbian professionalwomen's basketball player forSopron Basket. Standing at 1.91 m (6 ft 3 in), she plays at thepower forward position. She also represents theSerbian national basketball team.[2]
She formerly played for theWNBA'sWashington Mystics. She was a second-leading scorer of2012–13 EuroLeague Women.
She represented Serbian national basketball team at theEuroBasket 2015 in Budapest where they won the gold medal, and qualified for the2016 Olympics, first in the history for the Serbian team.[3]
Her mother isLjubica Milovanović, former basketball player, and her brother isNenad, basketball coach.She is married to David Brooks.
