Jeff Mitchell Kelly III (born December 13, 1975) is an American former professionalfootball player who was alinebacker in theNational Football League (NFL) andCanadian Football League (CFL). He playedcollege football for theKansas State Wildcats. He was selected by theAtlanta Falcons in the sixth round of the1999 NFL draft.[1]
