Jediah Morgan (born 30 November 1999) is an Australianprofessional golfer who currently plays on thePGA Tour of Australasia and theAsian Tour. He won theFortinet Australian PGA Championship in 2022 and also won the2021–22 PGA Tour of Australasia Order of Merit.[1]
In January 2020, Morgan won theAustralian Amateur, beating Northern IrishmanTom McKibbin 5 and 3 in the final.[2]
Morgan turned professional in October 2021. He finished second in the inaugural Sandbelt Invitational in December 2021, finishing six shots behindBrady Watt.[3]
In January 2022, Morgan won theFortinet Australian PGA Championship, in just his fourth start as a professional. He won by a record eleven shots ahead ofAndrew Dodt and also broke the aggregate scoring record with a total of 262. He also became the youngest winner in the tournament's history.[4] With this win, it was good enough to see Morgan claim the PGA Tour of Australasia Order of Merit for the2021–22 season.
