Jean-Christian Lang (born 22 August 1950) is a Frenchfootball manager and former player.
Lang was born inRoubaix. He began his playing career withSochaux, playing threeLigue 1 matches, before leaving to play inLigue 2 withLouhans-Cuiseaux,Châteauroux,Thonon andAnnecy.[1]
Lang was a player-manager with Annecy, and went on to manageLe Puy andMontceau in Ligue 2,[2] before moving to Swiss clubServette. He has also managed clubs in North Africa, includingDifaa El Jadida andMaghreb Fez[3] in Morocco, as well asJS Kabylie in Algeria.[4]
Lang has Polish ancestry, and became a naturalised French citizen in 1964.[5] He speaks fluent Polish, French and English.[6]
