Jarrad Paul (born June 20, 1976)[1] is an American screenwriter, director and actor.
Paul grew up inMiami,Florida. After graduating from high school, he moved toLos Angeles.[1]
Paul co-created and executive produced theFox comedyThe Grinder starringRob Lowe andFred Savage. He also co-wrote and co-directedThe D Train starringJack Black andJames Marsden, which was purchased at the2015 Sundance Film Festival byIFC. During the 1990s Paul had a role onSeinfeld as Darin,Home Improvement as Jason and a recurring role in the 2000s onMonk. In 1999, he co-starred withJay Mohr inAction as screenwriter Adam Rafkin.
