Jardim Paulista is a district in thesubprefecture of Pinheiros in the city ofSão Paulo,Brazil. The neighbourhood of the same name, located within the district, is one of the neighbourhoods that make up the larger region ofJardins, and borders the neighbourhoods ofConsolação, Cerqueira César and Paraíso.[1]
Jardim Paulista is the area delimited byPaulista Avenue, Peixoto Gomide Street, 9 de Julho Avenue, São Gabriel Avenue, República do Líbano Avenue, and Brigadeiro Luís Antônio Avenue. Many of the streets in Jardim Paulista are named after other municipalities in thestate of São Paulo.[1]
Since the district includesPaulista Avenue (the side to the direction ofMarginal Pinheiros), many of the famous landmarks on the avenue are part of the district, such as theSão Paulo Art Museum (MASP),Trianon Park, and theConjunto Nacional commercial center.[1]
Retail conglomerateGrupo Pão de Açúcar has its headquarters in the district.[2] Political consulting firmCambridge Analytica had an office in the district in 2018.[3]
The district is served by MetroLine 2-Green atTrianon-Masp,Consolação andClínicas stations and byLine 4-Yellow atOscar Freire station.[4]
