Jakob Jarrod Naran Patel Bhula (born 12 December 1999) is a New Zealandcricketer.[1][2] Bhula was born to an Indian Gujarati family on 12 December 1999 inWellington, New Zealand.[3]
He made hisList A debut forWellington in the2018–19 Ford Trophy on 24 October 2018.[4] Prior to his List A debut, he was named in New Zealand's squad for the2018 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.[5] During the tournament, he scored 180 runs againstKenya, the highest individual total in all Under-19 World Cups.[6]
He made hisfirst-class debut for Wellington in the2018–19 Plunket Shield season on 6 December 2018.[7] He made hisTwenty20 debut on 6 January 2022, for Wellington in the2021–22 Super Smash.[8]
