Jailu Pakshi (transl. Prison Bird) is a 1986 IndianTelugu-language film directed byKodi Ramakrishna, produced by S. Sashi Bhushan in the banner of Sri Sarathi Studios. The film has musical score byK. V. Mahadevan. It was released on 13 December 1986[1] to positive reviews and emerged as a commercial success.The film was remade in Tamil withVijayakanth asSirai Paravai (1987).[2][3][4]
Soundtrack composed byK. V. Mahadevan was released through AVM Audio music label.[1] Lyrics were written byC. Narayana Reddy andSirivennela Seetharama Sastry.[1]
