Jagateshwar "Jag" Bains (born February 14, 1998) is an Americanreality television personality. He is the winner ofthe 25th season of the American reality television seriesBig Brother, becoming the firstSikh-Punjabi to win the series.[1]
CBS announced Bains as aBig Brother 25 houseguest on July 31, 2023.[2] Initially, Bains struggled to gain traction in the game and was actually evicted in Week 4 by a unanimous vote. However, his closest ally,Matt Klotz, used the Power of Invincibility to save him and give him a second chance in the game.[3]
Bains was awarded the $750,000 grand prize by the season's jury, winning by a vote of 5–2 overMatt Klotz, and he became the first Sikh-Punjabi player to winBig Brother.[4] He was also the first houseguest to win after previously being evicted from the house.
Bains appeared on a special episode ofBig Brother 26 alongside fellow winners Cody Calafiore (from seasons16 and22) andTaylor Hale (fromseason 24) to look back on the first three weeks of the season and reveal the next twist.[5]
Bains made a guest appearance onBig Brother: Unlocked in a segment called "Get Jaggy with It".[6]
In 2025, Bains competed onThe Amazing Race 38 partnered with his brother, Jas Bains. The season premiered on September 25, 2025 onCBS.[7]
