Jacqueline Marian Cramer (born 10 April 1951) is a retiredDutch politician of theLabour Party (PvdA) and biologist.

Cramer wasMinister of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment in theFourth Balkenende cabinet for thePvdA.[1] Previously she was a professor ofsustainable entrepreneurship atUtrecht University and professor ofenvironmental management atErasmus University. She is member of theboard of directors atRoyal Dutch Shell and a member of theSocial-Economic Council.[2]Eisenhower Fellowships selected Jacqueline Cramer in 1992 to represent The Netherlands.

Cramer studiedbiology inArkansas and at theUniversity of Amsterdam. In 1987 she obtained her Ph.D. withMission-orientation in Ecology. The Case of Dutch Fresh-water Ecology, with honours. She has two children and lives in Amsterdam.
