JSGI, orJavaScript Gateway Interface, is aninterface betweenweb servers andJavaScript-basedweb applications andframeworks. It was inspired by theRack forRuby andWSGI forPython and was one of the inspirations ofPSGI forPerl.
Jack at theWayback Machine (archived December 17, 2014) is areference implementation of JSGI.
It has been included in and further developed by theCommonJS project.[1]
