Július Korostelev (19 June 1923 – 18 October 2006) was aCzechoslovak football player and manager born inTurčiansky Svätý Martin (in modern-daySlovakia) who played as amidfielder. Although Korostelev started his career withSK Bratislava, he played the majority of his football in Italy, with clubs such asJuventus,Atalanta,Reggina andParma.
For a brief time in 1961, Korostelev returned to Juventus as a manager, however only for the first two matches of the season beforeCarlo Parola returned.
