János Aknai Acht (1908–1992),[1] also referred to asEugène Acht orPaul Acht, was a Hungarianfootballer who played as agoalkeeper. At club level, he played for bothÚjpest FC in his native country, forUS Tourcoing,Red Star, andMarseille in France, and forValencia in Spain. He represented theHungary national team at international level.
Aknai played 54 matches forÚjpest FC,[2] winning theMitropa Cup 1929 and theCoupe des Nations 1930. He then moved to France, first withUS Tourcoing.
He had a short spell withValencia CF, and came back to France where he played forRed Star in 1935–36 (14 matches)[3] andOlympique de Marseille.
