Isanlu is a town inKogi State. It is the headquarters ofYagba Eastlocal government area ofKogi State in thesouth western part ofNigeria. The current Agbana of Isanlu isỌbá Moses Babatunde Etombi.[2][1]
Isanlu is the political, social, and cultural center of theYagba East,Mopa-Muro, andYagba West local government areas. It is mainly populated by the indigenousYagba/Ekiti people.[1]
Isanlu is populated by mainly farmers, and a few traders.[1] This is mainly because of lack of infrastructure and development in the town.[3]
Christianity is the dominant religion in Isanlu, seconded byMuslim and Traditional beliefs.[4][5]
