Faciane signed with theMinnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent on May 10, 2014.[1] Faciane chose the Vikings because the defensive line coach wasAndre Patterson, his former assistant coach at Florida International.[2] On August 30, 2014, he was waived by the Vikings and was signed to the practice squad the next day.[3][4] He signed a reserve/future contract with the Vikings on December 30, 2014.[5]
In 2015, Faciane made the transition from defensive tackle tooffensive guard. On September 5, 2015, he was waived by the Vikings and signed to the practice squad the next day.[6][7] He signed a reserve/future contract with the Vikings on January 11, 2016.[8]
On September 3, 2016, Faciane was again released by the Vikings as part of final roster cuts and signed to the practice squad the next day.[9][10] He was released on October 18, 2016, following a DWI arrest.
On August 5, 2017, Faciane signed with theMiami Dolphins.[12] He was waived on September 2, 2017, after making an attempt to transition to the guard position.[13]
In October 2019, Faciane wasdrafted by theXFL to play for theHouston Roughnecks.[15] He was waived on February 19, 2020.[16] He signed to theTeam 9practice squad, and then was re-signed by the Roughnecks on March 9, 2020.[17] He had his contract terminated when the league suspended operations on April 10, 2020.[18]
