Isaiah Land (born February 5, 2000) is an American professionalfootballdefensive end for theDallas Cowboys of theNational Football League (NFL). He playedcollege football for theFlorida A&M Rattlers.
Land was born inBuffalo, New York and attendedGrayson High School inLoganville, Georgia.
Landredshirted his true freshman season at Florida A&M.[1] As a redshirt junior he won theBuck Buchanan Award as the best defensive player in the FCS after recording 25.5 tackles for loss and 19 sacks.[2] After the season, Land entered the NCAA portal.[3] He ultimately decided to return to Florida A&M, despite receiving multiple Power Five offers.[4] Land was ruled academically ineligible along with 24 other Florida A&M players at the beginning of the 2022 season.[5][6] Land was eventually ruled eligible and finished the season with 23 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, and eight sacks in nine games played.[7]

Land was selected by thePittsburgh Maulers in the fifth round in the2023 USFL draft, but did not sign with the team and instead prepared for the NFL Draft.[10]
Land was signed by theDallas Cowboys as anundrafted free agent on April 29, 2023, shortly after the conclusion of the2023 NFL draft.[11] He was waived on August 29, 2023.[12]
Land was claimed off waivers by theIndianapolis Colts on August 30, 2023.[13]
On August 26, 2025, Land was waived by the Colts as part of final roster cuts.[14]
On August 27, 2025, Land signed with the Dallas Cowboys practice squad.[15][16]
